Refund policy

Trial periods are free. Paid Monthly and Quarterly plans may be refunded within 30 days (1 month) of purchase if you have not substantially used the product — contact support with your account email.

JobPay offers a 30-day free trial with unlimited dues. You can cancel before the trial ends so you are not charged.

Paid Monthly and Quarterly plans are refundable within 30 days (1 month) of purchase if you have not substantially used the product, except where required by law, or if a charge failed to unlock access (duplicate charge, payment error). Email hello@getjobpay.com within 30 days with your account email and Razorpay payment id.

Autopay can be cancelled from your Account page. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current period.
