How to chase unpaid invoices on WhatsApp (India freelancers)
A polite, repeatable WhatsApp chase habit for overdue invoices — English and Hindi templates that get replies without burning the client relationship.

What to say (clear beats clever)
When you chase, lead with the invoice number and amount. Soft openers like “just checking in” bury the ask.
English template: “Hi {name}, sharing a quick reminder for invoice {number} of ₹{amount}, due {date}. Please share payment status or UPI confirmation when you can. Thanks!”
Hindi template: “Namaste {name}, invoice {number} (₹{amount}) ki due date {date} thi. Payment status ya UPI confirmation share kar dijiye. Dhanyavaad!”
